    A luscious blend of three Greek indigenous red varieties: Limnio, Mavroudi and Mavrotragano. Limnio, mentioned by comic dramatist Aristophanes as "Limnia ampelos" in the 5th century BC (vine from the Greek island Limnos), is the oldest attested Greek grape variety and predominates in this blend.Following extraction and completion of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in special oak tanks from Burgundy, the wine matures in French oak barrels. It has a brilliant, deep-red colour and a complex bouquet of ripe dark fruits (raspberries), raisins, coffee and cacao. On the palate, gentle tannins are supported by an abundance of fruit, creating power and balance. The aftertaste continues with a repetition of the spices. Excellent ageing potential. Served at 16–18 ºC. Food pairing Red meat stews in spicy sauces, game.
  • Bright red colour, fruity aromas, rich and complex character on the palate, refreshing acidity, lingering aftertaste. Intense aromas of wild strawberry and cherry entwine with ne herbal hints, while on the palate the pronounced freshness balances with the ample body, offering a wine ready to be enjoyed now, but also suited for long time aging. Ρουμπινί χρώμα με χάλκινες φωτεινές ανταύγειες. Η γοητεία των παλιών κλημάτων και το terroir του Αμυνταίου εκφράζονται ξεκάθαρα δίνοντας ένα κρασί ώριμο, μαλακό, με τονισμένη οξύτητα και σαγηνευτική αρωματική ένταση. Στη μύτη ανακαλύπτουμε αρώματα κερασιού, άγριας φράουλας, τριαντάφυλλου αλλά και ίχνη φυτικότητας. Το πέρασμα του από το βαρέλι προσδίδει πλούτο στο σώμα.
  • A floral character in the nose resulting from the selection of yeasts. Peach white pearls, small apricots, and wild strawberries. The mouth is aromatic to the nose while it is characterized by a light sense of tannins and mature vegetation (tomato leaves, mushrooms). It has the refreshing acidity, and a greasy medium body. Ανθώδη χαρακτήρα στη μύτη που προέρχεται από την επιλογή ζυμών. Αρώματα από λευκόσαρκο ροδάκινο, μικρά βερύκοκα και άγουρη φράουλα. Το στόμα ακολουθεί αρωματικά τη μύτη ενώ χαρακτηρίζεται από ελαφριά αίσθηση τανινών και ώριμη φυτικότητα (φύλλα ντομάτας, μανιτάρια). Παρούσα η δροσιστική οξύτητα, ενώ το μέτριο σε όγκο σώμα έχει λιπαρότητα.
  • Aromas of strawberry, cherry and rose, in combination with fine vanilla notes from oak maturation. Although youthful, the wine’s aromatic power and tannic structure reveal strong character and great aging potential, thanks to an outstanding vintage. A typical expression of Ramnista that will need about 1 hour of decanting before we enjoy it in its first years.
  • Assyrtiko 100%. Located in Imerovigli, the sub-region of Oia Santorini, Sigalas’s Assyrtiko  basket trained vines (Kouloura) average 60 years of age, and are tended in black lava, volcanic ash and pumice soils.  Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. The wine comprises of 50% free run juice. 80% full cluster is slowly pressed and spends 5 months on lees.
  • Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Peloponnese Moscofilero 100% Fermented in stainless steel vats. Short skin contact, no malolactic fermentation and short ageing over fine lees. Flowery, crisp acidity, intense on aromas and flavours in the nose and mouth. White flowers –soft and fresh–, honeysuckle, violets, rose petals, crisp acidity.
